TERMS OF SERVICE

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 HOURS once your invoice is sent out to guarantee your order. If your deposit is not paid within 24 hours of you receiving your invoice, your order will be CANCELED and your spot will be taken by someone else. Please be advised all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  The remaining balance is due 48 HOURS PRIOR to pickup/ delivery date. If balance is not paid 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery date an order will NOT be made.

Please note all customers assume  100% liability for the product upon pick-up/ delivery. Please keep your treats refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy them.
